JALM Industrial Solutions LLC does not provide stamped or sealed engineering drawings, regulated professional design services as defined by the Texas Engineering Practice Act, official electrical or mechanical design, authorized validation of safety or lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, code-compliance certification, or any service requiring a licensed Professional Engineer, Registered Architect, or Master Electrician.

Client Responsibility

Client retains full responsibility for engineering validation, code compliance, safety procedure approval, construction details, permit requirements, procurement decisions, and final acceptance.

Documentation Limits

Field captures, scans, photos, notes, drawings, 360 walkthroughs, asset maps, and reports are documentation aids. They should be reviewed against site conditions, client standards, manufacturer documentation, and licensed professional guidance when required.

No Warranty of Hidden Conditions

JALM documentation may identify visible or provided information. It does not verify hidden conditions inside walls, floors, ceilings, equipment, utility systems, or subsurface areas unless specifically documented as visible and confirmed.
